Well, that’s a little one we like to live by. At Bloom, you'll find the perfect mash up of classes to keep you engaged and feeling great, no matter your level of experience, fitness or mood.
Our classes range from zen and mellow to high-intensity and everything in between. We also like to call on the word ‘spice’ when referring to that signature burn that often comes with low-impact workouts - so if you’re keen to gain some serious tone, then look for classes with a high spice rating! Whatever you choose, you’ll experience a fun, effective, full-body workout… that’s likely to become highly addictive.

This class combines our favourite barre moves with gentle transitions between exercises allowing you to unwind and release tension yet still feel invigorated.
Don’t worry, there’s still plenty of spice, but the focus is on continuous, mindful movements that will bring strength, balance and focus to your body. Perfect if you’re in the mood for a gentle, low-intensity workout that your muscles will still thank you for. Give yourself a high five on the way out for taking some time for you!

Reformer + combines traditional Pilates movements with high-intensity strength training exercises to give you a full-body workout that targets every muscle group. This class is equipped with a variety of gear, including our power rings, power beams, ankle weights, dumbbells and jump boards (coming soon), in addition to using spring resistance.
